5 Ways Church Leaders Can Do More in Less Time [Presentation]

[Trouble seeing the above presentation? Click Here.]

  1. Good stuff, Rich. I’ve learned the hard way: (1) no email or web browsing first thing in the morning; (2) set your computer desktop up at the end of the day with the tools/programs you’ll need to start the next day; (3) I don’t read emails that have more than 5 short sentences. If I’m feeling grumpy I just delete it. If I am feeling gracious I send it back with a request: “get to the point in five sentences or less. otherwise, schedule a meeting”

You’re a value add to ministry.

  2. […] Optional Learning Experiences // As an antidote to meetings that people are “required” to come to offer some optional development times for your team. Pick a some content that is helpful for your team … offer them free smoothies if they attend … and give away some prizes! (Feel free to use this presentation on saving time with your team if you think it’ll be helpful…) […]
